In 1978 Art took over Research & Development for the Swiss Colony Bakery, and in 6 short years he took over the entire bakery. He has a degree in chemistry and a Masters Degree in Fruit Technology. He’s traveled the world over sampling fruitcake, and has been making our fruitcakes better and better for nearly 30 years. See, we aren’t joking when we say that Art really knows a fruitcake when he sees one.
